Our completed developments include Vila domy Babice u Říčan, Rezidence Palackého in Český Brod, row houses in Pečky near Kolín, and many others.
This iconic building, designed by Ing. arch. MgA. Ing. Pavel Fanta, is, in his own words:

Pavel Fanta enjoys setting new trends while drawing inspiration from history; he has the dynamic shapes of his native Baroque Prague under his skin. Working with light, unexpected views, generous panoramas, as well as the smallest detail, forms the basis of his design in the minimalist style of the 21st century.
